Hello, I’m Jason from England.

I have almost 14 years of experience in sound, and over 8 years in video production.

I graduated from the University of Huddersfield in ‘Popular Music Production’, where I studied many topics such as recording, the music business, live sound and 3D sound.

After college, I moved to Liverpool where I first started in the music business by creating my own recording studio.

In Liverpool, I took part in many media activities including short film productions, live sound events, recording artists and performing at music events to name a few. In my initial career, I had to overcome many obstacles and challenges, learn from them and adapt to the world of music.

Equally as important, I understand how to provide a professional service because it was my own business and worked with some high-profile clients in the UK, including Unilever and Nationwide. I used to provide services that ranged from entertainment activities for staff and visitors to the production of corporate videos.

My specialities include:

• Voiceover (narration, voice acting, character voices e.g. for video games)
• Video and sound editing
• Direction and the development of scripts (short films, promotional films etc)
• Research and editing of soundtracks for videos
• Mixing sound for small live music events
• Video recording for smaller projects (with DSLR)
• Sound recording or assistance for movies (smaller projects because I don’t have much experience
  with larger projects)
